Cancellation and Refund Policy
At InstaFrame, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your custom acrylic photo frame. However, since each frame is custom-made, certain terms apply to cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
- Before Production Begins: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. To cancel, please contact us immediately at instaframe26@gmail.com or call at +91 8349361150.
- After Production Begins: Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has entered the production phase as it is custom-made to your specifications.
2. Returns Policy
Since our products are customized, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damage incurred during shipping. Please review our criteria below.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in producing and packaging your custom frames. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order at instaframe26@gmail.com or call at +91 7400583967.
- Provide a description of the issue and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the damaged product, or
- A full refund, at our discretion.
Note: Minor imperfections, such as small bubbles or variations inherent to the production process, do not qualify as defects.
4. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after we have received and reviewed your request for a defective or damaged item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Orders with inaccurate, low-quality, or inappropriate images submitted by the customer.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alterations by the customer.
- Custom orders where production has already started or been completed (unless the item is damaged/defective).
6. Changes to Your Order
- Changes to your customization details (e.g., image, size, text) can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes cannot be made as production may have started.
